SKE:5/6B(13/18HP) IS SPECIAL SEMIAUTOMATIC HEAVY DUTY MACHINE FOR STRAIGHT GLASS BEVELING GRINDING POLISHING WITH CHANGING WHEELS TWICE ,mainly on straight small 5*5 inches to 3 MTR IN -3-12 MM thk glass /ceramic, acrylic up to 1.5 inch BEVELING with proper diamond wheels on each motor bevel perfactly with constant coolant flow.Small 5*5 inches to max 7-8 fits glass mirrors in any straight edge shape like square,triangle rectangle,tetra / Penta etc Bevel processing in this STRAIGHT GLASS SEMIAUTOMATIC FIVE MOTOR VERTICAL Machine With sliding Glass BETWEEN SPC.PADS system from FIRST motor to FIFTH &SIXTH motor with VERIABLE SPEED controller system and perfect diamond tool fixed on each motor for one by one cutting,grinding,smoothing and finishing In Opposite side 6th special diamond wheels on a 6 th motor is for edge grinding after bevel.For final polishing you have to bevel twice with changing all diamond wheels with polishing wheels and after cleaning machine use water with polish powder and re process/bevel in the same style in machine .You can also use a proper belt or buffing machine if not bevel twice in machine.,it is not possible BEVEL POLISHING COMPLETE in this machine, with using only 5 motors it is its limitations.so you have to bevel twice.6th wheel can chemfer or rounding the glass edge little if you want,this is extra.
So for dhar polishing of 3mm to 19mm glass polish SAME TYPE 4/6 MOTORS MACHINE IS AVAILABLE IN HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL BOTH TYPES WITH YOUR ORDER.
With Fixing Special Ball Rollers Plate In BOTH SIDES & IN FRONT SIDE OF THE MACHINE SO GLASS WILL SLIDE ON IT WHILE PROCESS.
CONSTANT COOLANT IS COMING FROM GIVEN COOLANT TANK BY PUMP
